Cisco CCTG (Cloud Collaboration Technology Group) is looking for experienced Java cloud micro service developers in Shanghai R&D.

What you'll be doing:
* Participate in the development of software for our next generation collaboration software
* Define, architect and develop software based products and solutions based on customer demand
* Collaborate with product management team to deliver the best end to end user experiences to the customers
* Conduct and participate in peer code/design reviews
* Deliver detailed functional and design specifications of the software
What you need for this position:
* 1 years+ JAVA/Kotlin development experience
* BS/MS in computer science/computer engineering or related fields
* Knowledge of Android SDK and Android Studio
* Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
* Extensive hands-on experience of creating custom UI controls, designing protocols, implementing interfaces, and performance optimization.
* Working knowledge of Web Services & REST (JSON) APIs.
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT, SVN etc.)
* Familiarity with continuous integration
* Good English written and verbal communication, experience in presenting ideas/concepts
* Self-motivated, highly ambitious
* (PLUS) Public code contributions
* (PLUS) Experience with real time media protocols (RTP, SRTP)
* (PLUS) Experience with multiple scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, Ruby
