Who You'll Work With
PDA (Portal and Data Analytics) team is responsible for designing and building Cisco collaboration product data analytics platform. Meanwhile, based on various requirements from customer, product management, executive and engineering teams, we make usage data, quality data and operation data analytics to drive business by data science.
What You'll Do
• Translating business and technical requirements into detailed design
• Develop scalable and high-performance web application for portal and data visualization
• Build reusable code and libraries
• Develop automated test including UT and function test
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders well
Who You Are
Meet or be high potential for the below requirements
• Common requirements
o Professional in Computer Science, Software engineering, etc.
o Intense interest in web or microservice development
o Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Technical requirements
o Be familiar with web mockup, including HTML5, CSS3
o Be familiar with front-end JavaScript and frameworks, including jQuery, AngularJS, Vue etc., Be familiar with Webpack;
o Master of back-end Java/J2EE and framework, such as, Spring, Hibernate/iBatis, etc.
o Experience in Micro-service architecture, design and coding, be familiar with docker, kubernetes
o Experience in RDB and NoSQL DB, such as, Postgres, Redis, etc
o Be familiar with Web server and application server, such as, Apache, Node.js, Nginx, Tomcat, etc.
o Be familiar with Elasticsearch
o Be familiar with code versioning tools, such as Git.
o Good understanding of AWS Cloud
o Good understanding of SEO principles
o Understanding of basic big data concept, such as, Hadoop, MapReduce, etc.
