岗位职责
Responsibilities:
As a video codec and algorithm technical leader, you will participant in the research and development of Cisco WebEx video conference and Cisco next generation collaboration product. You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team of scientists and engineers to research and develop next generation video codec and video algorithm.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead the development and optimization of next generate AV1 video codec.
* Improve video quality in video conference and collaboration product.
* Leverage machine learning technology and video image algorithm to develop excellent video conference experience to customer.
Requirements:
Must-have skills/Experiences
* Proficient in C/C++, Matlab.
* Proficient in video codec, include but not limited to H.264 and AV1
* Proficient in video and image algorithm.
* Good communication skills and technical leadership
Good-to-have Skills/Experiences
* Experience in deep learning and neural network
* Experience in media transmission technology
* PhD or Master in signal processing, image processing, computer science or mathematics science.
