>Job Description
System Support position in delivery unit, responsible for Virtualization Platform and OS (Windows and Linux) Support.
l Build OS (Windows and Linux) according to customer’s request and deliver them to OPM/SDM on time;
l Troubleshooting OS level issue and document the root cause and analysis report;
l Summarizing and concluding daily work, and provide improvement solution;
l Focus on new technology in the industry , combining customer requirement, provide constructive suggestion and solution.
>Qualification, experience, skill required
· At least bachelor degree/equivalent;
· 5+ years working experience;
· Strong knowledge in mainstream backend product and manufactures such as HP, Dell, IBM, VMWare, NetApp, EMC, Juniper, CheckPoint, FortiGate etc.;
· Strong knowledge in different Operating Systems: Windows, Linux;
· Strong knowledge in System Operation and Automation;
· Strong knowledge in Security;
· Strong Knowledge in Data Center Design and Operation;
· Strong Knowledge in VMware Virtualization Technology;
· Strong Operational knowledge in managing large scale backend systems with diverse technology and product;
· Strong skill on troubleshooting OS (Linux) level issue
· Deep knowledge in VMWare and its troubleshooting
· Familiar with MS Azure
· Experience in Cloud Computing is a plus;
· Strong ITIL practice and certification is a plus
· Excellent communication & presentation & negotiation skill
· Strong cost awareness, and good financial handling
· Strong ownership, positive and initiate & proactive
· High level of loyalty
· Strategic and structured thinking
· Motivation, ability to work under pressure
· Fluent in English is a MUST
