Storage Support position in delivery unit, responsible for NetApp Storage operation and solution design.
l Day to day support for NetApp Storage (mainly FAS Hardware and Data OnTap Software)
l Performance and Capacity Management
l Change Management for Storage
l Solution Design for Storage related opportunity
l Act as a Senior Storage Expert to support the team to solve complex technical problem
Requirements：
. At least bachelor degree/equivalent;
· 5+ years working experience;
· Strong knowledge in NetApp FAS Storage, NetApp Data OnTap and other NetApp Software
· Strong knowledge in different Operating Systems: Windows, Linux;
· Strong knowledge in System Operation and Automation;
· Strong knowledge in Security;
· Strong Knowledge in Storage Solution Design and Operation;
· Strong Knowledge in VMware Virtualization Technology;
· Strong Knowledge in NetApp and VMware Integration;
· Experience in Cloud Computing is a plus;
· NetApp Certification is MUST
· Strong ITIL practice and certification is a plus
· Strong ownership, positive and initiate & proactive
· High level of loyalty
· Strategic and structured thinking
· Motivation, ability to work under pressure
· Fluent English in writing and oral
