岗位职责
ICG (Institutional Clients Group) is one of Citi’s core banking business sectors, covers Capital Markets Origination, Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets and Securities Services, Treasury & Trade Solutions, and Private Banking etc.
CSTC (Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Ltd) is Citigroup owned subsidiary in China, as part of Citigroup global technology and operation organization (Citibank China is another Citigroup owned subsidiary in China). It is founded by Citigroup since 2002. It is one of the biggest IT software companies in China, providing both finance IT service and operation services to Citi’s core banking business globally.
CSTC ICG Technology department mainly supports MSS (Markets and Securities Services) of ICG, which is one of the key businesses of investment bank industry globally.
To join a team which is testing Equity derivatives OTC trade system, involve several complex trade lifecycle based on C/S and B/S applications
Above all we are looking for highly motivated, self-starting individuals who can quickly come to terms with complex testing software.
Job Description:
• Utilizing functional and automation skill to assurance system with high quality
• Facilitating corporation process improvement
• Working with projects to ensure process implementation
• Providing necessary trainings to ensure process implementation
• Collecting measurements, analyzing and deducing metrics data
• Conducting data analysis on metrics and defects and providing reports to the management
• Identifying corrective / preventive actions and tracking to closure
Education / Experience
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience as Quality Analyst in a supervisory role or similar position
• Technical or Engineering (in Computer Science or similar course)
Required
• Experience in software development and QA methodology.
• Thorough knowledge of Linux/Windows platforms
• Experience of distributed applications/testing
• Development experience with Java or other programming language, SQL. Python is a plus
• Experience with using automation tools to drive automated regression testing initiatives
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking both English and Chinese.
Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
• Pro-active worker, Strong sense of ownership
• A good communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly both verbally as well as in written form
• Good teamwork and leadership skills.
Desirable
• Familiar with middleware messaging systems
• Experience in source code, issue tracking and build management systems
• Have finance knowledge like derivative and futures is a plus
